Consultation with the manager

At this stage, we have the first communication with the client, during which we get to know each other, establish contact, define the main areas of the project, and fill out the terms of reference.

Collecting requirements and testing the idea

At this stage, we have a clear understanding of the project and can focus on the details. To do this, we have a more in-depth meeting with the client, where we ask specific questions about the project. The client's answers are extremely important - the more information we get, the better we can develop a product concept. After that, we take a break and brainstorm with the team to discuss the request, choose the best ideas and technologies to bring the project to life. The result of this discussion becomes the basis of a commercial proposal.

Presentation

Our commercial offer is as simple and clear as possible - without unnecessary details, complex terms, and ambiguous wording. We create it individually, taking into account the client's interests and project features. The scope of work is agreed upon individually for the project. In the contract and additional agreements, we record all the details: each task, the scope of work for it, and the composition of the team of specialists. We usually present the offer on a call. The main thing for us is to answer any questions and clarify any unclear points in advance.

Approval and signing of the contract

While the contract is being negotiated, at this stage we form a technical development team that follows the approved roadmap.

Regression testing

We check the product at every stage of development. Our specialists conduct detailed testing. When all stages of the project are successfully completed, the team conducts regression testing. Its purpose is to make sure that updates and fixes have not caused new conflicts and errors.

Release

When the bugs are fixed, we place the project in the cloud or servers and then launch it.

Warranty technical support for 30 days

We are confident that the release is just the beginning. During the first month after the launch, the Indev Group team works on the project at full capacity. We receive feedback and make final changes to the product; we answer any questions that customers may have after the release.
